Meet happy go lucky Blazer. This boy is very adoptable and a striking greyhound in his prime. He is a medium sized boy with a sleek black coat and a white tuxedo. He is sure to bring a smile to your face, with his cute baby face and stunning amber eyes. At three years old he is a keen lad who is raring to get out and about for his walks. We have found you need to be quick leading him up here, as he is a busy bee and has no time to waste. He is a good walker and manageable once he is out and he loves his outdoor time, walking well with fellow greyhounds. Since his arrival he has made some new greyhound pals, he loves to meet and greet with friends. He is sociable with staff and volunteers also, as he happily likes to introduce himself, with his big tongue and helicopter tail. Once you meet this charmer you are sure to fall in love.
While it is statistically harder to find homes for black, male greyhounds we think he has the makings of an amazing pet and hopefully he will not be waiting around long for a home. As he is friendly with fellow hounds he could live with the right dog, with sensible and measured introductions or he could be an only hound soaking up all the love and attention. Blazer would make an ideal pet for a first time greyhound owner or for an experienced doggie servant! He is settling in well here at GRF, but he would love to find a loving home to have lots of adventures and be showered with love.
