GLOW is a smallish 3 year old black girl, extremely pretty, with a lovely white blaze on her face, a white tux, white tail tip and four dainty white paws. She can start off a little skittish and pully, but walks surprisingly well once she gets going. A harness would be recommended, particularly in the early days as she is a little flighty. GLOW was shell shocked on arrival, but is improving as she gets more used to her new surroundings. GLOW gets on fine with the other greyhounds. GLOW at the park. GLOW came across as an excitable young girl, eager to check out all the sniffs at the park. She managed to get her front half into the car, but, a bit undignified, she needed the rear half lifted in! During the car journey she mostly sat looking ahead, but occasionally stood up. GLOW was barked at by a lab and spaniel who were together, but she didn't react, instead she just stood wondering what it was all about. As GLOW and Martin continued their walk, a family with a pram approached them. GLOW seemed to want to retreat away from this, but Martin just had her stand there and let them pass without any fuss. A solitary man then approached and again GLOW tried to retreat, but Martin again said let's just stand here and she did and all was fine. GLOW will really benefit from the confidence and guidance of her handler. Lastly, a lady was walking her terrier and, as they approached, she stopped and told her dog to behave.
