Sweet Jane is a petite, wee soul who is simply adorable. Spoiler alert, if her beautiful frosty face and cute snowflake ears don’t catch your attention, her big brown eyes most certainly will and you might find her hard to resist, so please join an orderly queue, as this wee sweetheart won’t be waiting too long for a home. She is five years old and has raced her socks off and she deserves to put her paws up, taking it easy on a comfy sofa, being pampered like a princess. Jane is a lovely natured girl, who is friendly with fellow greyhounds. She has made friends with Bob and they walk nicely together, trotting along happily. Jane is a pleasure to walk on a lead and is inquisitive and alert to her surroundings. She can be nervous and skittish by unexpected sounds but she responds well to encouragement. She likes to know what’s going on around her and sometimes will stand and stare taking everything in. She is a greeter who waits at her kennel gate for attention and she likes a chin scratch followed by a treat or two. Although she has not been assessed with other breeds yet, we feel because of her sweet nature she could live with another dog, with the usual, sensible and measured introductions. Equally she could be a little Princess soaking up all the love and attention. Jane has had little experience of the outside world so we would recommend gentle introductions to her new life, with time, patience and love.
