KATE is a very pretty fawn girl, with exotic 'kohl rimmed' eyes. She is 3 years old, friendly and lively. She shares her kennel with ROSE and they are fine together.

KATE recently took a trip to the park and sat while her walker got the harness ready for her (she sits!!). She needed to be lifted into the car where she had just walked past the stable cat with no barking or nonsense.

KATE was curious to see the view from the car as she travelled to the park and she enjoyed the ride. KATE likes to walk ahead, with only slight pulling and stopped when others approached, to check them out.

She met a spaniel whose owner said his dog normally barks at other dogs. The dog didn't bark at KATE. KATE, in turn, sometimes barks at her greyhound friends, but she didn't bark at the spaniel. A meeting of minds? Soulmates??

KATE then met a ASWwift shepherd (Australian shepherd!). He was a big, white, young male who was a bit too much for KATE. Poor little soul stood with her tail between her legs, a little overwhelmed.

KATE went on to manage the steps and traffic well. So, a very positive park outing for KATE. She will make an adorable pet.
