Meet Mo, appropriately named on account of her impressive mohawk on the back of her neck, it is so cute and fuzzy. With her sweet face and adorable amber eyes, Mo is already breaking hearts here at GRF and is ready for a loving home. She is a two year old blue girl with a stunning sleek coat, with a light scattering of white snowflakes on her coat and ears. This is quite unusual in a blue greyhound, she truly is a one off. She has a white tuxedo and stunning amber eyes, which stare lovingly out at you. She is turning into quite the social butterfly and loves to say hello to both people and fellow hounds. Mo is a good walker on a lead walking well with fellow hounds and she is inquisitive, she likes to explore and sniff while out on her walks. She could potentially live with another dog with sensible, measured introductions and meet ups on account of her friendly nature. On a walk to the local park she was lifted into car and on the return journey she jumped in herself, good girl. She walked well on a lead and although she only met dogs from a distance away, none up close she didn’t react in any way. While out she was timid and unsure of traffic passing. As with any rescue greyhound who has had little life experience outside of kennels, you will find over time with more real life experiences they adjust and learn to adapt to their new life, given time and patience.
