Nala

Nala is a pretty little girl, but don’t be fooled by this, as she is a mighty mite with a big personality. She is an exquisite white and fawn girl with beautiful patched markings and a sprinkling of fawn spots on her back. A very unusual look, she is truly stunning. She is four years old and has a lovely, playful nature although she can be nervy to sudden sounds or movements, however reassurance seems to help her feel less unsure. She is reasonably strong on the lead to start, especially when hounds are in front of her where she tries to catch up, however her competitive streak is less and she walks nicely when she doesn't feel she has to catch up! She is a bit jumpy at the moment but that's to be expected as everything is so new to her. In her kennel she is an excitable greeter who loves company and will jump up to say hi, while her helicopter tail spins around with excitement to greet all welcome visitors and any suitable treats, gravy bones thank you! She is friendly and sociable with fellow greyhounds and could with successful and measured meet ups live with another dog.

As with any rescue she has had no real experience of the outside world so would need gentle introductions to her new life, with time, patience and love. Nala has the makings of a wonderful pet and is sure to bring much happiness to a lucky adopter, as she is an affectionate girl with lots of love to give.
