NOOSA is a very petite, black girl. She is 2 years old and quite a confident soul. NOOSA has a lovely little “Mohawk” fur trail down the back of her neck. NOOSA kennels with brindle boy GENT, whom she knew at her racing kennels, and we would very much like them to go out as a pair.
Bonded pairs are much more likely to settle quickly in their new home. They will provide support for one another, especially in the early days of adoption, and will be playmates and (hopefully) soulmates for life.
When NOOSA went on her assessment visit to the local park, she needed to be lifted into car both ways. She walked nicely on the lead.
As can sometimes happen, NOOSA didn't meet any dogs up close, but did see a small terrier and cockapoo a short distance from her and there were no hysterics.
She managed the steps well. On the high street, a GSD barked through his window and NOOSA showed no reaction. NOOSA was fine with normal traffic.
A good park visit for NOOSA. Well done, sweetheart.
