Petite, sweet PATSY is a black girl, 3 years old. She is very pretty with the cutest triangular fold down ears, that sit like a tiny hat on her little head (handy when it rains!). She is a lovely walker, good on the lead and very friendly with the other greyhounds. PATSY is a bit of an escape artist and makes us laugh when she tries to wriggle past, out of her kennel, when it's walk time.
PATSY visits the local park.
PATSY was lifted into and out of the car. On arrival, she met two off lead dalmatians (3 and 12 years old). The so-called grumpy one was ok with her. PATSY did lunge and paw initially, but was most likely wanting to play, no aggression noted.
After a bit, PATSY was slightly overwhelmed and leaned into her walker for reassurance (aww!). This is her first outing outside of kennels, so is totally understandable. She then met two spaniels and was just fine. Although one barked at her, she was okay with that and carried on walking.
PATSY is alert and inquisitive, always looking around to see what is going on. She is mainly good to walk on the lead, but her nosiness can get the better of her and she will sometimes pull forward. This world is all very new to her and she wants to see it all now! PATSY is very bright and will learn to be more patient.
PATSY is very manageable walking with her harness. She passed three bigger dogs on the high street and was fine as she walked past them.
PATSY is a very friendly girl and could live with another compatible canine buddy. She is a great all-round girl who loves life and loves investigating it. She will bring fun and love to a lucky adopter.
