Meet dashing young pup Red. He is a stunningly handsome boy with his sleek fawn coat and big, gorgeous brown eyes. He is a medium sized hound who has a lovely, sweet nature. Red is just two years old and he has lots of energy and a zest for life. Despite being lively he is manageable on a lead and is a pleasure to walk, as he stays at your side. He has little experience of the world but he is confident and a smart cookie who should learn quickly and he would thrive in a loving home. He’s a friendly boy and will greet you at his kennel gate and he sometimes gives sloppy kisses. On a walk to the local park he was a very good boy. He jumped into the car fine although he took a while to settle down. He was a good walker and stayed by his handler Martins' side who said it was a really pleasant walk with him. Red was alert to other dogs that were in the distance but he didn’t get too excited and swapped sniffs with dogs he met. Red is sociable and could live with another dog with sensible introductions or he could be an only hound. He has had little real life experience outside kennels so as with any rescue dog, he would need gentle introductions to his new life, with time, patience and love. He has the makings of a wonderful pet and will bring much happiness to a lucky adopter.
