A smasher and GEORGIA's long lost brother.
SPEEDY is a lovely black boy and he is 3 years old. Described by one of our regular volunteers as a 'cracking lad', happy go lucky SPEEDY is tall, slim, fine boned and bursting with energy. Oh, and he can bounce like a kangaroo on a pogo stick if there is something he wants to see! A real nosey parker.
Another wonderful character to grace the kennels, SPEEDY is friendly with both hounds and humans. He walks well on the lead and is super alert to all the rustles and noises in the woods. SPEEDY is the litter brother of GEORGIA, who would dearly love her (so far elusive) forever home too.

SPEEDY needed help to be lifted into and out of the car, but settled very quickly to travel the short journey there.
This boy has a confident swagger and he is great on the lead. He is interactive when he walks alongside and will look up to you sweetly for acknowledgment.
On the path, he went to meet a yorkie and had a sniff, but it suddenly barked and growled at him (small dog complex!). This didn't faze our SPEEDY one bit and he stepped back and continued on his walk.
SPEEDY was interested in meeting a pug called Alan, who wasn't particularly bothered with SPEEDY, a few brief sniffs then he was on his way. This lad is sociable and inquisitive and could probably live with another compatible canine pal. He was also confident with passing traffic, runners and walkers.
SPEEDY is a lovely hound, with an elegant build and characterful ears, one flopping over like a hat. He will make a fabulous companion for a lucky adopter.
