SUMMER is 5 years old and petite, with the sweetest little face. She is undemanding at kennels and gets on well with the other hounds.
SUMMER just took a trip to the local park. She needed a bit of help into the car and a bit of persuasion out! At this time of year, the GRF woods and the park abound with rabbits and SUMMER was naturally keen to see them. So, she pulled a little at first, but was perfectly controllable with a harness.
She soon met two miniature schnauzers that ran at her – stoical SUMMER remained unperturbed. She went on to meet a young staffie and they both exchanged sniffs. The staffie’s two little friends then appeared and the four of them mingled together. They yelped and ran under her There was no issue. SUMMER's handler summed her up - she’s a smasher!
SUMMER, a more mature lady, will make a fabulous companion.
