Tippy 2
TIPPY is the prettiest petite black girl. She is just a baby, only one year old (turns 2 in September).

Newcomer TIPPY is a little overwhelmed by all the changes at the moment. She takes confidence from a kennel mate and has now overcome her initial reluctance to come out of her kennel for walks.

Indeed, in her forever home, TIPPY may benefit from the added support of a kind and confident doggy friend whose lead (no pun intended) she can follow. TIPPY does indeed warm to you once she knows and trusts you. She is a little darling.

What is always a worry is that a dog who is timid, occasionally hand shy, spooked by noises or loud voices will not progress in a busy kennel environment. TIPPY would love a chance to blossom in a home with experience of shy dogs or a home willing, with patience and kindness, to help her work through her fears and realise that the world can be a fun, rather than a scary, place.

We have a sweet little video of TIPPY trying to engage in play with her then kennel mate, MOCHA (since HOMED). The fabulous, fun wee hound is in there, it just needs to be teased out.

Once TIPPY has been to the park for further assessment, we'll update her profile.

Meanwhile, if you feel you may be the ideal home to help a little soul in need, please call Celia on 07826 244765 to find out more about GRF’s adoptable greyhounds.
